Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply when you work with FlickOn or use this website. Booking a call or accepting a quote means you agree to them.

1. What we do

FlickOn designs and builds AI automations inside the tools a business already uses. Every engagement starts with a free strategy call, followed by a written scope with a fixed price. We only start building after you have approved both.

The website, the questionnaire and the strategy call are free and create no obligation on either side.

2. Quotes and scope

After the strategy call you receive a written scope describing what will be built, what it needs from you, and the fixed price. A quote is valid for 30 days.

The scope is the agreement: work that is not in it is not included. If you want something extra along the way, we will quote it separately before building it, so the price never moves without your approval.

3. Payment

Projects are invoiced at the fixed price in the scope. Unless the scope says otherwise, half is due before the build starts and the rest on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

Prices are stated exclusive of VAT where you are a business, and Dutch VAT is applied where the law requires it.

4. What we need from you

An automation is built inside your systems, so we depend on you for access to the tools named in the scope, and for someone who can answer questions while we build. If access or answers are delayed, the timeline moves with them.

You remain responsible for what your systems and data may lawfully be used for, and for having the right to give us the access you give us.

5. Delivery, support and warranty

A build is delivered when it does what the scope describes and you have received the documentation and credentials that come with it. You have 14 days after delivery to report anything that does not match the scope, and we will fix it at no charge.

Support is included for 30 days after launch. That covers defects and questions about what was delivered, not new features or changes in the tools the automation runs on. After those 30 days, support and changes are available at our then-current rates.

Nothing is sent or changed in your systems without your approval during the build.

6. Ownership

Once the final invoice is paid, the automation we built for you is yours: the workflows, the configuration, and the documentation. You can change it, extend it, or have someone else maintain it.

What stays ours is the general knowledge, techniques and building blocks we bring to every project. What stays the tool vendors' is their software: your use of Cal.com, your CRM, or any other platform the automation runs on is governed by their terms, and a licence for those tools is not part of our price unless the scope says so.

7. Liability

We build carefully, but automations run inside systems we do not control. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost data, or interruption of business, except where the law does not allow that limitation, such as in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness.

You are responsible for what an automation is used for and for the decisions made on its output.

8. Ending an engagement

Either side can end an engagement in writing. You then pay for the work done up to that point, and you receive everything that was built so far, in the state it is in. Prepaid amounts for work not yet done are refunded.

9. Dutch law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we ever have a dispute we cannot solve together, it goes to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services change. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. For a running engagement, the terms you accepted with your quote keep applying to that engagement.
