Every project has a fixed price based on its scope. You get that price in writing before anything is built, and it does not move afterwards. If the work turns out bigger than expected, that is ours to absorb.

Most automations go live within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on how much is involved. You know the expected date before we start, and you hear from us if anything threatens it.

Thirty minutes on a screen share, looking at where work actually stops and waits for a person. No pitch. Afterwards you get a written scope with a fixed price within three working days, and you decide from there.

Whatever your own tools cost. The automation runs inside your accounts and on your own AI key, so those bills go to you directly and we take no margin on them. What we charge is the build, and that is it.

No. We build inside the tools you already pay for: your CRM, your inbox, your accounting software, your project board. Nobody has to learn a new system, and that is usually the difference between an automation that sticks and one that gets abandoned.

Not unless you ask for that. By default, anything that carries a price or leaves under your name is prepared as a draft and waits for a person to send it. Nothing is sent or changed in your systems without your approval.

If something goes wrong, we'll help get it back on track. The first 30 days of support are included after launch. After that, support is available at our current rates.

You do, once the final invoice is paid. It sits in your own accounts under your own credentials, with documentation, so you can change it, extend it, or hand it to someone else. There is no lock-in and nothing is held back.

Small and mid-sized businesses where the same work keeps coming back: quotes, follow-ups, invoices, reports, inbox triage. The sector matters less than the pattern. If a person is copying the same details between two screens, there is something to automate.

It stays in your systems. We work with credentials you issue and can revoke at any time, and we do not copy your data out or use it for anything of our own. The privacy notice describes exactly what this website itself collects.
