About
Not a stage on the way to something bigger. It is the reason you always speak to the person who built it, and the reason nothing gets lost between desks.
Who you work with
I am Wendel, and FlickOn is me. The person on the call is the person who writes the scope, builds the automation, and answers the phone when something needs changing.
That is not how most agencies work. There you speak to someone in sales, the work goes to someone you never meet, and by the time a question comes back it has passed three desks. Every one of those handovers is a place where the detail that mattered gets lost.
Being small has a limit, and I would rather name it than hide it. I take on a handful of builds at a time. If that means you have to wait two weeks, I will say so on the call instead of promising a date I cannot make.
Wendel Wolfs Founder, FlickOn
How I work
Every one of these costs me something. That is exactly why they are worth putting in writing.
You get a written scope with one number in it. If the build turns out harder than I estimated, that is mine to absorb, not yours to pay for.
Inside the CRM, inbox and accounting software you already pay for, on your own accounts. Nobody has to learn a new system for this to work.
Anything carrying a price or leaving under your name waits as a draft for a person. Automation should remove the typing, not the judgement.
Workflows, configuration and documentation, under your own credentials. You can extend it, change it, or hand it to somebody else without asking me.
If thirty minutes on your screen shows that a setting or a cheaper tool solves it, I will tell you. A build nobody needed is worse than no build.
Everything above is in the terms, so it is not a promise that lives only on a website.
In thirty minutes, we'll find the repetitive work in your business that AI can take off your team's plate. No pitch. Just a clear plan.
