1. What we collect, and when

If you use the booking questionnaire

Before the calendar appears you can answer five questions: what kind of business you run, where work gets stuck, roughly how many hours a week that costs, what it runs on today, and the first thing you would want automated. Every question can be skipped, and you can go straight to the calendar from the first screen.

Your answers stay in your browser's memory while you answer them. They are not sent to FlickOn, and nothing is written to your device. Close the window and they are gone.

When you reach the calendar step, your answers are passed to Cal.com as the notes for the booking. That happens when the calendar loads, not when you confirm, so that the booking form is already filled in. Before that step you can see exactly what will be sent under What goes along with your booking. If you never book, we never receive your answers.

If you book a call

Our scheduling runs on Cal.com. To make the booking, Cal.com processes your name, your email address, the time you chose, and the notes described above. We receive the booking and its notes.

If you email us

Whatever you choose to tell us, kept in our mailbox in the ordinary way. This will usually include your name, your email address, and whatever you write.

Technical information

Our host records the ordinary technical information a web server records, such as the IP address making the request and the page requested, in order to serve the site and keep it secure.

Everything the page needs to display itself, including the typefaces and the styling, is served from our own domain. No other company receives your IP address simply because you opened a page. That changes only when you open the calendar; section 3 explains it.

Your cookie choice

If you accept or reject optional analytics, that answer is stored in your own browser for 180 days so we do not ask again. It never reaches us. The cookie policy describes this in full.

We do not ask for your name or email address in the questionnaire itself, and we do not buy information about you or enrich it with data from third parties.

2. Why we are allowed to hold it

3. Who else is involved

These companies process information for us, on our instructions:

Cal.com (app.cal.com) also receives your IP address and browser details once you open the calendar, acting under its own terms rather than our instructions for that part.

The typefaces and the styling are now served from our own domain, so nothing is fetched from Google Fonts or the Tailwind CDN before you click anything.

Optional analytics is built into the site but is not switched on: no analytics provider is configured, so nothing is measured and nothing is sent, whichever answer you give. If we enable it, we will name the provider here and ask for consent first.

Some of these companies are based in the United States and may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for by data protection law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. How long we keep it

5. Client data inside an automation

This notice is about the website flickon.ai. When we build an automation for a client and that automation touches information about the client's own customers or staff, the client decides what happens to it and FlickOn acts only on their instructions, under a separate data processing agreement.

We do not copy that information out of the systems the agreement names, and we do not use it for anything of our own.

6. What you can ask for

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, limit what we do with it, receive a copy in a portable format, object to us holding it, or withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Email wendel@flickon.ai and we will act on it within one month, usually sooner. There is no charge. We may need to ask something to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. There is no FlickOn database behind the website and no form that writes to one: the questionnaire keeps your answers in your browser and hands them to Cal.com only when you go to the calendar.

Access to client systems is through credentials the client issues and can revoke at any time.

No measure can make information transmitted over the internet completely secure.

8. Changes

We may update this notice when our website, services, or the companies we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If a change materially affects information we already hold, we will tell the people concerned directly.

9. Contact
